Delivery Area
We ship to most areas in Australia. For country or remote locations, please contact us first to find out if we ship to these areas. We use either Australia Post or a courier company for shipping.
If an item is in-stock, the item will be shipped out from our office within 1-3 working days of receiving cleared payment. Customers who have a credit account with us may have their items shipped within the next working day once they have provided us with a valid Purchase Order.
If the item is not in-stock, we will advise you as soon as the item is available, and when is it ready to be shipped.
Shipping Fees
We will endeavour to provide the most cost-effective way to deliver your items based on the size, weight, quantity and value of the item, your location and timeframe required for the item. For urgent deliveries, we will use Same Day Delivery, Express Post or any equivalent services offered by courier companies.
We will provide a quote for delivery charges and options before shipping so that you are aware of the delivery charges and able to make an informed decision based on the various delivery options.
The customer will pay for all delivery charges including postage, handling, insurance and other related charges. Customers will be liable for a re-delivery charge if they or their representative are unable to be present in person to accept the package and the courier company charges us an additional fee for re-delivery. Quasarsoft Systems reserves the right to charge the customer additional delivery and administration fees if this occurs.
Tracking and Signature
For most deliveries, A Tracking Number will be provided to track the status of your item. Depending on the value of the item, some deliveries will require a signature.
Pick Up
Customers can also choose to pick up their item from our office. Please contact our office for more details regarding pickup times.
International Delivery
We currently do not ship outside Australia. However, we can make an exception if the customer is an organisation which has offices or branches overseas.
Customers Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct address for delivery. If the customer or their representative is unable to accept the package in person, they must inform Quasarsoft Systems before we ship the item. This will help prevent customers from being charged additional cost such as re-delivery and extra administration fees.
We can make alternative delivery arrangements if you are unable to accept the item in person. (for e.g.: we can use Australia Post for delivery as they will leave a calling card to allow you to pick up the item from your local post office).
