Product Warranty
Many of our products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer, which warrants your new product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the warranty period stated by the manufacturer from the date of purchase.
Standard warranty for most products is 12 months from the date of purchase.
Prior to purchasing goods with us, please contact us regarding the warranty period of the item you intend to purchase as some items may be eligible for extended warranty from the manufacturer.
For consumers, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Quasarsoft Systems is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or refund. This warranty will no longer apply where the defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.
Proof of purchase
All claims under warranty must be accompanied by your receipt or tax invoice of purchase. Without proof of purchase, we are unable to process your claim. Please ensure you keep all proof of purchase for warranty.
Shipping costs
For returns, refunds or replacement of product, the buyer will bear the cost of shipping the defective item (including postage, handling, insurance, tariffs and other shipping/delivery expenses) back to us.
If the product was found to be defective and the defect is not a result of alteration, accident, misuse or neglect, we will bear the cost of shipping the item to the manufacturer or supplier for repairs or replacement.
If the product was found to be non-defective, or the defect was found to be a result of alteration, accident, misuse or neglect, Quasarsoft Systems reserves the right to charge any shipping and admin costs of returning the item to the buyer.
Change of mind
We do not provide refunds or replacement if you change your mind, made a wrong selection or found the item to be cheaper somewhere else.
