Sales Quote
We provide obligation-free quotes for your requirements. We can also provide different quotes so that you have more pricing choices. We will work with you to achieve a realistic budget for your IT spending.

Our supplies come from major and award-winning Australian distributors such as Ingram Micro, Express Data, Dicker Data, Avnet Technology Solutions, ASI, NetRegistry, Synnex to name a few.

Delivery
We can deliver all purchases to your premises or contract a courier company for door-to-door delivery.

Setup and Configuration
We can provide on-site services to setup and configure any new equipment purchased from us. We can also install and upgrade existing software or OS on your servers and desktops, and perform data backup and transfer to the new machine.

Warranty Support
All sales are supported by warranty from our major suppliers. We provide hardware warranty management to all our clients. General warranty is usually 12 months. We can arrange for returns, repairs and replacement of defective items for you.

Renewal Reminders
We also send renewal reminders to all our clients at least 30-60 days before the expiry date of the product licenses. This is part of our services to all clients regardless of whether they are on our IT Support Plan, or a Ad-hoc client.
